TARIFFS :

The price of the rent includes the electric and water consumption, the heating, the availability of the bed sheets, the house linens and pool linens, as well as the house-cleaning at the beginning and the end of the stay.

Payment conditions :

The booking become definitive after the payment of a deposit corresponding at 30 % of the price of the rent by bank cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
Balance payment (70 % of the rent) at the handing over of the keys.

Guarantee :

Guarantee paid at the handing over of the keys and resituated the day of the departure.500 € in cash + 1500 € by bank cheque.

Services :

- Bed sheets, toilet linen and pool linen provided. linge
- House cleaning at the beginning and the end of the stay, if the length of your stay exceed 1 week, their would be a supplementary cleaning in the middle of your stay (without additional cost).
- Cleaning of the pool and the garden by the owner during the stay.
- Canal+, CanalSat, PS2 + 15 games.
- High band cable internet and Wi-Fi in the house, the pool-house and the garden.
- Unlimited telephone and internet access.
- Computer.
- 2 golf sets, 2 tennis sets, 4 bikes (2 adults + 2 kids) made available.
